Meet Coach Jody
With over 25 years of boxing training experience, Coach Jody Sheeley has coached everyone from first-time members to competitive fighters. As founder and head trainer of Corner to Corner Boxing Gym, he combines technical skill, real-world fight knowledge, and a passion for helping people reach their full potential.
From building successful gyms in Connecticut to earning a spot in the Norwich CT Sports Hall of Fame for his community impact through boxing, Jody brings a proven track record of results—inside and outside the ring. His coaching blends discipline, encouragement, and the grit needed to transform your fitness and sharpen your skills.
